Orders placed before 16:00 Central European Time (UTC +1) are processed and shipped the same day working day.
Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We then get to work immediately. Orders placed before 16:00 will be packed the same day and handed over to the courier. Shortly after, you will receive tracking information to follow your package.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email or through the contact form. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. Due to our fast shipping process, it’s important to contact us as soon as possible.
Our products come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty that ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, it does not include damage resulting from drops, improper use, or unauthorized modifications. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the process of resolving the problem or replacing the product if necessary.

- Before the goods are shipped
If the products have not yet entered the shipping process, you can still change the delivery address. It is crucial to contact our customer service via the contact form or by email immediately, as our fast order processing may leave only a short window to make any changes.
- Products in and after the shipping process
Once the goods are in the shipping process (being prepared for shipment and handed over to the courier), it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
If a shipment is returned to the sender after a failed delivery attempt, the paid amount will be refunded to your selected payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot attempt a new delivery. In this case, please place a new order with the correct delivery address.

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands, and delivery times may vary by region.
- Netherlands, Germany, Belgium: 1-3 business days
- Other European countries: 3-5 business days
- Outside Europe: Up to 1-2 weeks
EU customers do not need to pay customs fees.
However, if you are located outside the EU, customs may calculate import duties and VAT based on the value of your package. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The courier depends on your location. We work with trusted local and international couriers to ensure timely delivery worldwide.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Tracking details will typically be updated within 24 hours of shipment.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact the courier first. They can provide more information about delays or incorrect tracking details. Our tracking system can follow the package route in detail. If the courier confirms the package is lost, contact us to resolve the matter. For orders over €100, we may require a detailed report for lost packages. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the return form or at info@mrdpro.com. Provide photos or a description of the issue, and we’ll resolve the problem promptly.

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 days to return items after delivery
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Hygienic products cannot be returned if used or if the seal has been broken.
To start a return, visit our return form. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary details.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-10 business days, and the money will be returned to the payment method you used for the purchase.
